I compose and record my music on a laptop PC.  I plan, arrange, record, mix, and master the tracks myself.  All the artwork and packaging I produce myself.

This CD was recorded with my good friend Don Ackerman all in one take at my studio.  It’s been a good demo for scoring Duo gigs.  I like this CD because it’s mostly acoustic guitar and I get to sing some favorite songs.

I really like the words in these songs.  There’s a lot of thoughts during moments that went into the lyrics.  I was going through a bad time and these songs, and this project gave me purpose and a therapeutic focus.

I recorded all but the lead guitar tracks with my band Ted Johansen and Eric Metzgar.  I then took my laptop to Panama and recorded lead guitar tracks from my two good friends Arturo Villarreal and Manuel Marquez.  I like this CD because it’s all instrumental.

This is an early collection of covers that I recorded with friends.  There’s a mix between acoustic and electric renditions.  I love the title song, it has some of my best lyrics.
